A live stream of frames from every connected device

In the photographer dashboard, each camera, mobile, TV or laptop device gets its own ingest token named after the event and the device. Frames from all devices appear on one stream sorted by capture time, so a multi-camera team can see the ceremony as it develops.

Ways to connect

Choose the route that matches your gear and venue. Each route uploads to the same event.

  • Watch-folder uploader: sends finished JPEG, PNG or WebP files from a folder to the event.
  • Lightroom Classic publish plugin: paste the event token into the plugin and publish from Lightroom.
  • Local FTP receiver: for cameras that can only send over FTP. FTP is unencrypted, so use it on a trusted local network only.
  • Browser folder sync: select a folder or files from the dashboard while the page is open.

Network and camera requirements

Uploads go to the cloud over HTTPS from whichever Wi-Fi, hotspot or mobile data the device is using. Whether a camera itself joins a network is controlled by the camera's own settings, so confirm your model's Wi-Fi or FTP options before an event.

The upload workflow handles JPEG, PNG and WebP images. RAW files are not part of this transfer; export JPEGs for live delivery.

From ingest to guest delivery

Photos that arrive in an event can be shared through the same branded gallery, QR code and optional PIN as the rest of the delivery. Where AI face search is enabled, guests can find their photos with a selfie.

This is a transfer and delivery workflow. It is not an automatic culling or editing service, and live availability still depends on connectivity at the venue.

Questions studios ask

Does camera to cloud work with any camera?

It depends on how the camera can send images. Cameras that can join a network, cameras that send over FTP to a local receiver, and workflows that move files through a laptop folder or Lightroom are supported. Check your camera model's connectivity.

Can I upload RAW files?

No. The live upload workflow accepts JPEG, PNG and WebP images.

Is FTP upload secure?

FTP itself is unencrypted, so the local FTP receiver is intended for a trusted local network. Uploads from the uploader to the cloud use HTTPS.

Can several photographers shoot one event?

Yes. Each connected device gets its own token and all frames appear on one timeline sorted by capture time.

Is camera ingest included in every plan?
